Alessia  Sissa

Alessia is a Fine Art photographer and visual artist fascinated by Surrealism. Her love for art and nature has shaped her personality. 
 
She is a self-taught artist. Her photography journey began over a decade ago as a passion during her travels and has become her daily life and career.
 
Her work focuses on the beauty, fragility and interconnectedness of the natural world but at the same time, she challenges the idea of reality we perceive. She creates surreal and emotional images using minimal post-production editing and real life techniques. 
 
Printing is crucial to her work, as she considers it one of the final stages of her creative process. She carefully chooses materials, size, and printing techniques to bring all images to life. Each of her works is produced in exclusive Limited Edition only of maximum 10 pieces, she uses premium materials (canvas, aluminium, acrylic glass, Fine Art paper) and bespoke frames. 

Her work has been featured in many major Art Fair and exhibitions around the UK and is also regularly exhibited at the local galleries and events.
